Ippocalyptica This is the true sequel to Never Forgive - Never Forget in structure and aesthetics, and since you already know all about that album (because if you do not, you are really missing out), you know that this will leave you battered and exhausted, but in a good way. Metal bands who blend this many genres and sub-genres together usually end up being sloppy and missing the mark, but Coma. does not fuck around - not even for a second. This is 2023’s entry in the soundtrack-to-your-madness category. Favorite track: Ashes II.

Metallurgical Fire This is probably more interesting than what you’re listening to right now. It’s also both lighter and heavier than what you’re listening to right now. The future of extreme music is Coma. Another brilliant album. Favorite track: 😐.

Arachosia Great album, it's how spiraling into insanity would sound like. It's hard to describe it as it's extremely unique in a weird and good way but if you like combination of black metal, electronic and industrial, you're definitely going to like this. Favorite track: Keziah Mason.

deanrispler This band started out weird. And they have only gotten weirder and weirder. And let's hope they continue to go beyond the weird with each subsequent release. Like a soundtrack for a horror film that can also be a simultaneous dream/nightmare. Highly recommended.
